اللّهُمّ نَبّهْنِي فِيهِ لِبَرَكَاتِ أَسْحَارِهِ،
allahumma nabbhny fihi libarakati asharihi O Allah; on this day, (please) attract my attention to the blessings at the last hours of night;
وَنَوّرْ فِيهِ قَلْبِي بِضِيَاءِ أَنْوَارِهِ،
wa nawwr fihi qalby bidya‘i anwarihi And enlighten my heart with the glow of its light;
وَخُذْ بِكُلّ أَعْضَائِي إِلَى اتّبَاعِ آثَارِهِ،
wa khudh bikulli a`daiy ila attba`i atharihi And lead all my organs to the following of its traces;
بِنُورِكَ يَا مُنَوّرَ قُلُوبِ العَارِفِينَ.
binurika ya munawwra qulubi al`arifina Out of Your light; O the Grantor of light to the hearts of the connoisseurs.
