اللّهُمّ افْتَحْ لِي فِيهِ أَبْوَابَ فَضْلِكَ،
allahumma aftah li fihi abwaba fadlika O Allah; on this day, (please) open before me the doors to Your graces,
وَأَنْزِلْ عَلَيّ فِيهِ بَرَكَاتِكَ،
wa anzil `alayya fihi barakatika And pour down on me Your blessings,
وَوَفّقْنِي فِيهِ لِمُوجِبَاتِ مَرْضَاتِكَ،
wa waffiqny fihi limujibati mardatika And lead me to things that bring about Your pleasure,
وَ أَسْكِنّي فِيهِ بُحْبُوحَاتِ جَنَّاتِكَ،
wa askinny fihi buhbuhati jannatika And allow me to reside in the spacious places from the gardens of Your Paradise;
يَا مُجِيبَ دَعْوَةِ المُضْطَرّينَ.
ya mujiba da`wati almudtarrina O He Who responds to the prayer of the distressed ones.
