اللّهُمّ غَشّنِي فِيهِ بِالرّحْمَةِ،
allahumma ghashshiny fihi bilrrhmati O Allah: on this day, (please) spread out mercy over me,
وَارْزُقْنِي فِيهِ التّوْفِيقَ وَالعِصْمَةَ،
warzuqny fihi alttawfiqa wal-`ismata And provide me with success and protection (against sinning),
وَطَهّرْ قَلْبِي مِنْ غَيَاهِبِ التّهَمَةِ،
wa tahhr qalby min ghayahibi altthamati And cleanse my heart from the murk of dubiosity;
يَا رَحِيماً بِعِبَادِهِ المُؤْمِنِينَ.
ya rahiman bi`ibadihi almu´minina O He Who is merciful to His faithful servants.
