Do Ghusl tonite
A very Important night 17th of the Month of Ramadhan The Prophet (saws) and his small army of 313 Muslims were far outnumbered on the battlefield of Badr as compared to the enemy’s army. The Prophet (saws) prayed to Allah (swt) for victory despite the great odds against the Muslim army, and Allah sent his help.
“When you asked for help from your Lord, He answered you. Indeed I will aid you with a thousand of the angels in rows behind rows” – Sura 8 Anfal Aya 9
A seemingly impossible and hopeless situation became a great victory for the Muslims. Thus the impossible became possible through supplication/dua .Therefore on this night, pray for seemingly impossible wishes, and inshallah (god willing) they shall be fulfilled
Ramadan 17th Day Dua
﷽
اللّهُمّ اهْدِنِي فِيهِ لِصَالِحِ الأَعْمَالِ،
allahumma ahdiny fihi lisalihi ala`mali
O Allah; on this day, (please) guide me to the virtuous deeds;
وَاقْضِ لِي فِيهِ الحَوَائِجَ وَالآمَالَ،
waqdi li fihi alhawa’ija wal-amala
And settle on this day all my needs and hopes;
يَا مَنْ لا يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى التّفْسِيرِ وَالسّؤَالِ،
ya man la yahtaju ila alttfsiri wal-ssu´ali
O He Who does not require explanation or wonderment;
يَا عَالِماً بِمَا فِي صُدُورِ العَالَمِينَ،
ya `aliman bima fi suduri al`alamina
O He Who knows what is hidden in the chest of the peoples.
صَلّ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ.
salli `ala muhammadin wa alihi alttahirina
(please) send blessings upon Muhammad and his Household—the immaculate.
Amaal for 17th Eve
(Eve of 17 Ramadan)Pray a 2 Rak-a’t, after the recitation of Soorah Al Faatih’ah, recite any other Soorah. In the 2nd Rak-a’t, after the recitation of Soorah Al Faatih’ah, recite Soorah Al Ikhlaas 100 times. After the Salaam say 100 times “LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAAH”
Dua after namaz
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
يَا عَلِيُّ يَا عَظِيمُ
يَا غَفُورُ يَا رَحِيمُ
أَنْتَ الرَّبُّ الْعَظِيمُ
الَّذِي لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ
وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ
وَهذَا شَهْرٌ عَظَّمْتَهُ وَكَرَّمْتَهُ
وَشَرَّفْتَهُ وَفَضَّلْتَهُ عَلَى الشُّهُورِ،
وَهُوَ الشَّهْرُ الَّذِي فَرَضْتَ صِيَامَهُ عَلَيَّ،
وَهُوَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْتَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنَ
هُدَىً لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ
وَجَعَلْتَ فِيهِ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ
وَجَعَلْتَهَا خَيْراً مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
فَيَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَلا يُمَنُّ عَلَيْكَ
مُنَّ عَلَيَّ بِفَكَاكِ رَقَبَتِي مِنَ النَّارِ فِي مَنْ تَمُنُّ عَلَيْهِ
وَأَدْخِلْنِي الْجَنَّةَ
بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ
اللّهُمّ الْعَنْ قَتَلَةَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
